Divination - the art of reading Tarot cards

I thought it would be interesting to start from basics and question what precisely we are dealing with in the first instance. What is divination? To answer this all important question I consulted an online dictionary and came up with the following :-

In my opinion anyone can read Tarot cards because we all have access to the divine. It doesn’t matter whether you call it the absolute, God or spirit; it’s all the same.
